Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms govern your use of this platform and the digital services ordered through it. By creating an account, placing an order, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not place an order.

2. Orders and payment

Prices are shown per service and may include optional extras and delivery-speed upgrades, which are added to the order total. All amounts are in US dollars. Payment is collected at the time of ordering through our payment processor. An order is confirmed and work begins only once payment is received (or an order is manually marked as paid by us for off-platform arrangements).

3. Delivery

Each service lists an estimated delivery time, which starts when the order is confirmed. Selecting a faster delivery option changes the deadline accordingly. Delivery times are good-faith estimates; if we anticipate a delay we will communicate through the order chat. You are responsible for providing a clear, complete brief and any materials needed to complete the work. Delays in providing these may extend delivery.

4. Revisions

Each service includes a set number of revision rounds. After a delivery, you should review and respond promptly. Included revisions decrease the longer you wait to respond: respond within 24 hours to keep all of them. If you do not respond within 72 hours of delivery, the order is automatically marked complete. When you request a revision, we have a fresh window to redeliver. Once included revisions are used or expired, additional revisions may be purchased where offered, at the price shown for that service; a purchased revision begins only after its payment is received.

5. Completion

An order is complete when you approve the delivery, or automatically 72 hours after delivery if you do not respond. Completed orders are considered accepted. New work requested after completion is treated as a new order.

6. Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied. Refunds are handled as follows:

• Before work begins: if you cancel before any work has started, you are eligible for a full refund.
• Work in progress: if work has begun but nothing has been delivered, a partial refund may be issued at our reasonable discretion, reflecting work already performed.
• After delivery: because these are digital services delivered as completed work, payments are generally non-refundable once a delivery has been made. If the delivered work materially fails to match the agreed brief, we will first work with you through the included revisions to make it right.
• Extras and paid revisions: amounts paid for delivered extras or completed paid revisions are non-refundable.
• Auto-completed orders: orders that complete automatically due to no response are considered delivered and accepted and are not eligible for refund on that basis alone.

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider. Nothing here limits rights you may have under applicable law.

7. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of the final delivered work transfers to you upon full payment and completion. You are responsible for ensuring any materials you provide (logos, footage, music, text) do not infringe third-party rights, and you grant us the rights needed to use them to complete your order. We may display non-confidential completed work as portfolio samples unless you ask us in writing not to.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to request work that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, or otherwise harmful. We may decline or cancel any order that violates these Terms and, where appropriate, issue a refund for work not yet performed.

9. Communication

Order-related communication takes place through the order chat on this platform. Please keep discussion there so there is a clear record for both sides.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
