Affiliate Program Terms

Participation requires an approved application. We review each application and may approve, decline, or later suspend any affiliate at our discretion. You must provide accurate information, including a valid PayPal email for payouts.

Approved affiliates earn a commission of 15% on the value of qualifying orders placed through their referral link or code. If you reach 10 completed sales within a calendar month, your commission rate for that month increases to 20%, applied to all qualifying orders in that month. Commission is calculated on the order value before any taxes or third-party fees.

A sale is attributed to you when a customer uses your referral link (tracked for up to 30 days from the click) or enters your referral code at checkout. A referral code entered at checkout takes precedence. Only one affiliate may be credited per order. You may not earn commission on your own orders (self-referral is not permitted).

Commission is provisional until the related order is completed and has passed its refund window. Commission is not earned on orders that are cancelled, refunded, charged back, fraudulent, or otherwise reversed. We reserve the right to withhold or reverse commission on any order we reasonably believe involves abuse, fraud, or a policy violation, at any time — including after it was previously confirmed (for example, if a customer charges back after delivery).

Earning commission and being able to withdraw it are two separate steps:

• Confirmation: after an order completes and clears its refund window, the commission is confirmed.
• Release: confirmed commissions earned in a given calendar month are released for payout 30 days after that month ends. For example, commission earned in June becomes withdrawable roughly 30 days after June 30.
• Threshold: you may request a payout once your released balance reaches $100.

Both the release date and the minimum threshold must be met before a payout can be requested. Clicking “request payout” does not guarantee same-day payment; payouts are processed manually.

Payouts are made manually via PayPal to the email on your affiliate account. International payments may be subject to currency conversion and PayPal fees, which are deducted by PayPal and are not reimbursed by us. You are responsible for any taxes you owe on commission earned.

If a commission was paid and the underlying order is later refunded or charged back, we may deduct (claw back) that amount from your future payouts or balance.

You agree to promote JungleDrone honestly and lawfully. You may NOT:

• Spam, send unsolicited bulk messages, or post misleading claims.
• Bid on or impersonate the JungleDrone brand in paid ads without permission.
• Offer unauthorized discounts, rebates, or cash-back to induce orders.
• Use bots, fake accounts, cookie stuffing, or any fraudulent traffic.
• Make promises on our behalf that we have not authorized.

Violations may result in suspension and forfeiture of unpaid commission.

We may modify the commission rates, thresholds, hold period, or these terms at any time, with changes applying to commission earned after the change. Either party may end the affiliate relationship at any time. Released, eligible commission earned before termination remains payable unless it relates to a violation.
